Quarterback No. 2

Kyler Murray

Kyler Murray is a high-potential player who has flashed at times but hasn't been able to life up to his full potential on a regular basis despite having some solid weapons around him to help him win games for the Cardinals.

If Arizona is as bad as many teams expect them to be, they could land the top pick in the 2024 NFL Draft and be interested in moving on from Murray to try their hand at a different young passer going forward.

That means there could be a chance that the Cardinals might be willing to trade away their former No. 1 overall selection in 2019 for a little less than he would normally fetch, At only 25 years old, Murray still has a lot to offer.

It would be tough to give up both draft capital and a bunch of salary cap space on a new quarterback but if the Minnesota Vikings think Murray is a good fit and he becomes available, it would be silly not to inquire about his services.
