After what feels like an excruciatingly long wait, the Minnesota Vikings are ready to take the field for some televised NFL action. Week 1 of the 2024 preseason is underway and fans won't have to wait much longer to see the team in action.

The Vikings' opponent in their first preseason game is the Las Vegas Raiders. Both teams are trying to establish a new identity after moving on from some key pieces of their previous rosters and acquiring new talent.

The Minnesota Vikings and Las Vegas Raiders will face off in preseason action on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 3:00 pm CDT. This will be the first preseason game of three scheduled contests for both teams this preseason.
