After tons of speculation during the last few days about when the 2024 NFL schedule might be released, it seems like we finally have a date for when we will find out when and where the Minnesota Vikings will be playing during the upcoming season.

According to Sports Business Journal's Ben Fischer on Tuesday, the league's schedule for the 2024 season will reportedly be released next Wednesday, May 15th, at 7 p.m. CST.

So, Vikings fans won't have to wait much longer to find out who the team is facing in Week 1 next season, when the team is traveling to London, and how many of their games will air on national television.

What we already know about the 2024 Minnesota Vikings schedule

Even though Minnesota's 2024 schedule won't be officially released until next Wednesday, there are still some things that we already know about what it will include.

First, we know that one of the Vikings' nine designated home games during the 2024 campaign has already been selected to take place in London, England (we might actually have a pretty good idea about who they'll be facing in that matchup too).

We also know all of the opponents Minnesota will be facing in 2024, as these were determined after the results of all the Week 18 games last season.

We don't officially know when each contest on the Vikings' 2024 schedule will be taking place yet, but we do know that it will include matchups against multiple teams that currently employ some of the most notable former members of Minnesota's roster including Kirk Cousins (Atlanta Falcons), Danielle Hunter (Houston Texans), and Stefon Diggs (Texans).

The Vikings' 2024 schedule will also feature some intriguing games against teams outside of their division like the Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets, and San Francisco 49ers.

Luckily, we now know that the wait to find out when all of these matchups in the 2024 season will take place for Minnesota will be coming to an end in the very near future.
