KARE 11 and KFAN will once again simulcast preseason games, using radio team Paul Allen and Pete Bercich. Greg Coleman and Ben Leber will serve as sideline reporters.

The game will be rebroadcast by NFL Network at 1 AM CT Sunday. It will be rebroadcast by Fox Sports North Plus at 11:30 PM CT Sunday.

The Vikings and Cardinals have met 8 times in the preseason with the Vikings winning 5 and losing 3. They last met in preseason in 2004 with the Vikings winning 23-6.

Legendary Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald was a ball boy for the Minnesota Vikings and his father is still a member of the media in the Twin Cities.

In 2008 as a member of the New England Patriots, Matt Cassel threw for 345 yards against Arizona including a 76-yard touchdown to one Randy Moss.

Current Vikings Jasper Brinkley and Kory Sperry were both members of the Cardinals in 2013. Current Cardinal John Carlson played for the Vikings from 2012-2013.

The Vikings and Cardinals have squared off twice in the NFC Divisional Round of the playoffs with the Vikings winning both times.
