Frequent special teams penalty culprit Jabari Price was deactivated for Sunday’s game, just days after Mike Zimmer reportedly ripped into the team for the inordinate number of special teams penalties being committed.

Price was listed as questionable on the injury report, so maybe he would have sat this week regardless. But it’s also true that Price’s fellow rookie Antone Exum was a healthy scratch this week after himself committing four special teams penalties.
Jabari Price isn’t one of Zimmer’s favorite guys right now, is what I’m trying to say, and lack of smarts may be part of the reason why.
This weekend, more evidence surfaced that Price may not be playing with a full deck. This exchange happened last night on Twitter between Price and a fan.
I sincerely hope that Price was joking. But I suspect he was not.
Several fans tried explaining to Price about how they used special effects to erase Sinise’s legs in the movie.
The fact that Price didn’t arrive at the “it was special effects” conclusion on his own, just by watching the film…well, it makes it somewhat less surprising that Price has struggled with mental errors so far this year.
We’re in 2014. Everyone should have grasped by now that computers are used to do things like turn actors into amputees. Shouldn’t they?
