As of approximately 6:30 AM CT, the Minnesota Vikings were still arrest-free this weekend (or at least nothing had yet been reported).

The Vikings are hoping against hope that their players can just get through the next couple of days without incident.
I don’t need to remind you of the bad run the Vikings have had PR-wise the last few months.
The last thing the team needs now is another player having a run-in with the law.
With memories of Tom Johnson’s post-Thursday Night Football tasering incident fresh in their minds, I’m sure the Vikes had someone say something to the players before releasing them after their final practice of the week on Tuesday.
Something along the lines of, “Please you idiots, just stay home this weekend. Hang out with your family. Play some video games with your pals. Catch up on your fall reading. Binge watch something on Netflix.
“Whatever you do, for the love of God, don’t cause a 3 AM phone call. If my phone rings at 3 AM and it’s because one of you idiots got arrested, I swear to God.”
The Vikings went into the bye week with a great feeling, having won their last two games in the row. Let’s hope nobody spoils it by getting busted.
That would truly be a buzzkill.
