Harrison Smith And Adam Thielen Named To PFF All-Pro Team
By Adam Carlson
While no Minnesota Vikings were named to the NFL’s Pro Bowl or All-Pro Team, the folks over at Pro Football Focus showed some love to two members of the team when they unveiled their version of the NFL’s All-Pro Team.

On the website of Pro Football Focus, they named their offensive, defensive, and special teams All-Pro Teams. There were still no selections from the Vikings offensive players, but the defensive side of the ball and the special teams grouping each found one player among their ranks.
Here are the two Minnesota players selected:
Harrison Smith, Safety (first team)
"“It’s happened so many times now that there’s no doubt Weddle is the best safety in the league. Still, with the play of Harrison Smith he may have a challenger in the coming years. His playmaking all over the field caught the eye.” said PFF."
Adam Thielen, Kick Return Team
Thielen didn’t get a nice write-up like Harrison Smith did, but his addition to the PFF All-Pro Team on the kick return team is nice to see. Thielen has been underrated in his blocking abilities as well as his hands since joining the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent back in 2013.
Congratulations go out to Harrison Smith and Adam Thielen for being recognized for their great play this year. Hopefully, they can both return and continue to shine for years to come in Minnesota.
