Former Viking DT Letroy Guion Arrested on Pot and Gun Charges
By Dan Zinski
One-time Vikings fifth-round pick Letroy Guion is in a whole heap of trouble. The soon-to-be-free-agent DT who spent 2014 with the Packers (and was in line to get a long-term deal from Green Bay) was arrested in Florida Tuesday night and charged with possession of marijuana and firearms, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports.

ESPNWisconsin’s Jason Wilde says Guion was busted after cops found two Ziploc bags of pot, a 9mm semi-automatic pistol and over $190,000 in cash during a traffic stop. Yup, that will do it.
And this is what all that looks like spread out on a table.
Guion’s mugshot. Not a happy man.
Letroy Guion made $985,000 last year according to Spotrac, but that apparently wasn’t enough to feed his family, so he had to get this side business going. Allegedly.
The free agent Guion may have a little trouble finding suitors with this hanging over his head. Do I even need to point out the stupidity of a person throwing away a career in the NFL over all this? How much money do you need Letroy?
Not a smart man.
