FanSided.com Mock Draft: Vikings Select Vic Beasley

This week’s FanSided.com mock draft delivers a new name for us to consider.

No DeVante Parker. No Trae Waynes. Instead, the mock draft wheel-of-guessing lands on Clemson DE/OLB Vic Beasley.
"Minnesota and Louisville wide receiver DeVante Parker would be an ideal marriage here, reuniting Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater with his top collegiate target. However, Minnesota can’t pass up on the opportunity to draft an elite pass rusher like Vic Beasley. The Clemson prospect played defensive end in college, but at the combine, Beasley demonstrated the necessary speed and lateral ability to play outside linebacker. Just one year after drafting Anthony Barr, the Vikings capitalize on their chance to pick the best player available and add a top-flight defensive playmaker."
This mock was put together before Randy Gregory revealed the failed drug test at the combine by the way. All things being equal, I think I’d rather have Gregory than Beasley. But I get the interest in Beasley. He seems like a stud and you can never have enough studs.
The Clemson guy I’m interested in though is Stephone Anthony. Both Beasley and Anthony are huge according to the SPARQ wonks.
