The grand opening of U.S. Bank Stadium is a little over a year away. As fans, we’ve heard a lot about many features of the new stadium, including the reservoir for ice and snow, the land bridge that will stretch over the street, the snow shield on the roof and more.
But there are some things going into the new stadium haven’t been hyped as much as some of the other amenities. A recent article on the KFAN website outlined 12 features of U.S. Bank Stadium will have, but some of them weren’t quite as under the radar as others.
Because of that, I have decided to pick out the five best features of U.S. Bank Stadium that you might not have heard of yet. Here are my top 5 features that fans should be excited about:

“Front Door” Plaza – Just outside the front door of U.S. Bank Stadium is a 3 acre plaza. This space will be used for all sorts of activities, including concerts, meetings, and tailgating. Expect this area to be rocking hard before Minnesota Vikings games each week.
Which of those 5 features are you most looking forward to? Are there other amenities that you are more excited about than these? And are you planning on using this technology when U.S. Bank opens their doors to the public? Let me know what you think in the comments below.
