THOUGHTS ON THE GAME
Yes, it’s only preseason game 1 so we will most likely mot see much action from both starters from the Steelers and Vikings so this will be a huge stage for the Minnesota Vikings draft choices and undrafted rookie to show why they belong on the 53 man roster. I personally am very high on rookie linebacker, Eric Kendricks.
This will be a big night for Cordarelle Patterson to get back on track and show people why the Vikings thought high enough of him to take him in the first round.

VIKINGS DEPTH CHART
I have been at camp long enough to see offensive line sees Kalil at left tackle, Fusco at left guard, Sullivan at center, Mike Harris is at right guard and Loadholt at right tackle.
The defense goes like this with Brian Robison, Linval Joseph, Sharif Floyd and Everson Griffen on the defensive line. The linebackers have been Chad Greenway, Audie Cole in the middle and Anthony Barr. The secondary has Harrison Smith and Robert Blanton at safeties while Xavier Rhodes and Terrance Newman getting the bulk of the snaps.
FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE GAME
I am excited to actually watch a game but my hope is no major injuries come out of this game. Yes, a win would be nice but I want to see a team that looks offensively and defensively strong.
In 2014 Vikings defense finished much better than the year before but there is still much work to do but with Coach Mike Zimmer in charge this season looks to be as bright as we have not had in years.
This is the team and coaching staff I believe will challenge for the NFL North title and make a push in the playoffs.
