Here are the three Minnesota Vikings players who are most likely to be traded before Tuesday’s NFL trade deadline and some reasons why they should go.
The NFL trade deadline is tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 3:00 PM CT. While that period usually passes with more of a whimper than a roar, there are some options for players that the Minnesota Vikings could be sending packing.
For the sake of enjoyment, let’s pretend that we’re the general manager of the Minnesota Vikings. Since the team are still contenders for the playoffs and the NFC North, you wouldn’t want to trade away any essential pieces to the team, but still want to get maximum value for players that you might not use as much or will likely be releasing next season.
Here are the three players that I think are the most likely to be moved before the deadline:

Cordarrelle Patterson, wide receiver – This should be the most obvious one. He hasn’t been paying dividends in the return game and the Vikings have nearly eliminated him from the offense. Despite that, he’s too athletic dynamic to not have another team interested in his services. Despite rumors that Minnesota has no interest in trading him, it could still be a reality, as other players who were “staying put” (like Percy Harvin) have found their way out of a purple uniform.

– Just as he’s returning from injury, it would stink to see Robinson go. But there are plenty of reasons why this makes sense. Josh is a speedy cornerback that struggled in
Leslie Frazier‘s scheme but seemed better in a more aggressive format. However, with

Those are the three players who I see as the most likely to be traded before tomorrow’s trade deadline. Do you disagree with any of my choices? Do you have any players that you think are more likely to be moved? Let me know in the comments below.
