16. Warren Moon hits Cris Carter for walk-off TD vs. Bears

Dec. 1, 1994. The Minnesota Vikings won an overtime thriller over the Chicago Bears when Warren Moon hit Cris Carter for a 65-yard game-winning TD.

The legendary Moon never delivered the championship the Vikings were hoping for when they traded for him in 1994.

Moon did however deliver some huge numbers, going over 4,000 yards two seasons in a row, and he did provide at least one memorable finish.

The Moon-to-Carter combo resulted in loads of stats and in week 14 of the 1994 season that duo hooked up for a 65-yard TD in overtime to sink the Bears.

The Vikings scored 17 points in the fourth quarter and overtime to win that crucial game. Minnesota would finish at 10-6 but unfortunately would lose at home to the Bears in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.

If only Moon and Carter had conjured some post-season heroics as well.
