What makes a great draft pick?
Sometimes it’s a matter of finding a true gem in the late rounds.
Sometimes it’s just about taking the best player available and plugging him in and watching him excel.
Some draft picks don’t pan out, some do.
Some draft picks yield franchise players who help lead a team on multiple championship runs.
Other draft picks turn out to be solid players who have long, distinguished careers.
