While the Minnesota Vikings continue to work hard to bring in some talented players for the 2017 NFL season, several other fan favorites are leaving for other franchises during the free agency period.

Cole was a 7th round draft pick of the Vikings in 2012. He is best known for a preseason game where he brought two interceptions back for touchdowns on consecutive plays against the Buffalo Bills on August 17, 2012.
However, he has also started 7 games for Minnesota in the past and played in a total of 57 contests. In those games, he accumulated 59 total tackles, 2 passes defensed, and registered one sack.
The official Jaguars website added some background on Cole in a post on their official website:
"“A native of Monroe, Mich., Cole attended North Carolina State University, where he finished his collegiate career ranked 12th in school history with 328 tackles. He was a semi-finalist for the 2011 Butkus Award after he led the team with 132 tackles during his senior season.”"
