facebooktwitterreddit released a list of the greatest guards of all time, which included former Minnesota Vikings offensive linemen Randall McDaniel and Steve Hutchinson.

When it comes to winning a game in the National Football League, much of it is done in the trenches. The Minnesota Vikings know this all too well, and have worked hard to ensure they have quality offensive linemen to protect the quarterback and make holes for running backs.

Recently, NFL Media senior analyst Gil Brandt of put together a list of the top 27 guards of all time with two members of the Vikings being included among the best to ever play the position.

The two former Minnesota offensive linemen included in the list were Randall McDaniel and Steve Hutchinson.
