Conor McGregor or Floyd Mayweather: Minnesota Vikings players pick

Who will win the big fight between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather? The locker room of the Minnesota Vikings give their predictions for the winner.
The Minnesota Vikings may have their third preseason game lined up against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night, but there is another event going on that weekend that has everyone talking, including players from the team.
That event happening on Saturday, August 26, 2017 when UFC fighter Conor McGregor will take on undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather in one of the most high-profile matches ever to hit a boxing ring.
In a recent video on the official Minnesota Vikings website, Mike Wobschall asked several players who they are picking to win the big fight on Saturday night, and a majority are going with the man who 15 world titles in the sport.

Choosing Mayweather

Taylor Heinicke says he wants McGregor to win, but also admits that it’s hard to go against “Money” Mayweather since he’s one of the best boxers ever. Still, he hopes Conor can get lucky with a punch and knock the boxing superstar out.
Stephen Weatherly says McGreggor will get the win in 5 rounds. When told that a majority of his teammates are choosing Mayweather, Weatherly looks shocked and says McGregor has the motor to get it done as well as a combination of speed and power.
Meanwhile, Kevin McDermott reveals that he doesn’t care. The fight will be on late Saturday night and he says he’ll likely be in bed since he will be in the team’s third preseason game the next day.
