Minnesota Vikings announce 53 man roster following cuts

The Minnesota Vikings have finished trimming their roster to meet the 53 man requirements and there are some surprising names that made the cut.
The deadline for teams to cut their rosters to 53 men has come and gone. Now, only 53 players are left on the team’s roster after a massive cut day that saw several surprise names being released and some underdogs make the Minnesota Vikings roster.
On Saturday, September 2, 2017 the Vikings released their list of players still under contract by the team on their official website, breaking it down by position along with the number of each players at the spot.
