The final injury reports have been revealed for the Minnesota Vikings and Washington Redskins. Who is out and who might play in their Week 10 matchup?
Fresh off their bye week, the Minnesota Vikings look to continue their winning ways as the team travels to FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland to take on the Washington Redskins in Week 10 of the 2017 NFL season.
Minnesota currently has a 6-2 record and sit on top of the NFC North after being on a 4 game winning streak and losing only once at home in the 5 games played at U.S. Bank Stadium so far. However, the Redskins know they will need to win a lot to try to keep pace with the soaring Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC East.
There are a couple of key injuries this week that both teams will need to deal with going forward. Here are the official final injury reports for Week 10 as shared on the official Vikings website:
Minnesota Vikings
Out
- Mike Remmers, OT – concussion
- Jeremiah Sirles, OL – knee
Doubtful
- – none –
Questionable
- Everson Griffen, DE – foot
- Anthony Harris, S – hamstring
- Stephen Weatherly, DE – knee
The good news is that Stefon Diggs is completely off the injury report after being a regular for a couple of weeks. Plus, Everson Griffen seems good to go despite being limited in practice on Friday.
The bad news is that the two players listed out are both offensive linemen. Remmers is the starter at left tackle and Sirles is a valuable utility backup. This means that Rashod Hill is the most likely player to start in Remmer’s absence and Danny Isadora or Aviante Collins become the primary backups.
Washington Redskins
Out
- Matt Ioannidis, DL – hand
- Arthur Jones, DL – shoulder

Wow. So, the Redskins have a unique injury report. Not only do they list nearly every player on their report with an ailment as questionable, but they list the ailment multiple times or are very vague about what the injuries are in some situations.
However, it seems like just about everyone is good to go for them. The only real big player missing is starting defensive end Matt Ioannidis, who has contributed 3.5 sacks and a forced fumble so far this season.
