Whether it is great plays like a sack from defensive tackle Linval Joseph, back-to-back pass breakups by Xavier Rhodes, or a nifty 2-point conversion catch from tight end Blake Bell, there were quite a few positive things for fans to be happy about.
While the Vikings still lost the game because of uncharacteristic mistakes, there should still be enough from this game against the Panthers for Vikings fans to feel okay about the performance left on the field.
Plus, Minnesota is still 10-3 on the season and still in control of their own destiny when it comes to the NFC North or even earning a first-round bye in the playoffs. All they need to do is shake off this loss and get healthy.
