- Terence Newman – cornerback: 84.5 overall grade
- Everson Griffen – defensive end: 84.1 overall grade
- Danielle Hunter – defensive end: 83.2 overall grade
- Nick Easton – guard: 80.1 overall grade
The one surprise on this list is likely Easton, who drew some penalties while playing guard on the offensive line. It’s hard to get noticed for performance on the offensive line unless it is in a negative way for casual fans, so it’s nice to see that his performance was more than solid outside of the mistakes.
"“It was a career day for the Vikings left guard. Besides two penalties, Easton was the Vikings highest-graded run blocker in the game and only allowed a lone hurry.”"
Perhaps the most obvious player on the list is linebacker Eric Kendricks, who had a pick-six during the game and did an excellent job in coverage while tying for most tackles in the game with 5, three of those being solo.
"“This was as good a game as Kendricks has played all season. He had the pick-six early to go along with two other coverage stops. On his five targets, he allowed all of nine yards.”"
