A Super Bowl 52 appearance is on the line when the Minnesota Vikings face the Philadelphia Eagles. Here is the injury report for the Conference Championship!
Both the Minnesota Vikings and Philadelphia Eagles are one win away from an appearance in Super Bowl 52. Neither team has won the big game, but only one of them will get a shot against the winner of the Patriots and Jaguars on February 4, 2018.
The Eagles will be hosting the Vikings at Lincoln Financial Field in Pennsylvania, meaning that the strong Philadelphia defense will have a loud and rowdy crowd behind them on Sunday night and Minnesota will have their hands full with a strong rushing offense.
However, there are some notable injuries heading into the Conference Championship Round of the NFL playoffs. Here is a look at who is out and whose status is in question heading into Sunday according to the Vikings website:
Minnesota Vikings
Out
- Shamar Stephen, DT – knee/ankle
Doubtful
- – none –
Questionable
- Mackensie Alexander, CB – rib
- Andrew Sendejo, S – concussion
- Adam Thielen, WR – lower back
Stephen exited last week’s game and did not return against the Saints, so his status shouldn’t be a huge surprise. Both Sendejo and Thielen also exited last week’s game with Sendejo leaving to enter concussion protocol and Thielen returning just one play later. Those two should be good to go on Sunday along with Alexander.

Philadelphia Eagles
Out
- – none –
Doubtful
- – none –
Questionable
- Dannell Ellerbe, LB – hamstring
On the Eagles side, they are mostly healthy heading into the Conference Championships aside from a minor hamstring injury bothering Ellerbe. However, this shouldn’t be enough to keep him out of the game, so Vikings fans should expect to see him on the field on Sunday.
