Vikings sign Jack Tocho and Storm Norton to Reserve/Future deals
By Adam Carlson
The Minnesota Vikings have announced the signing of safety Jack Tocho and offensive tackle Storm Norton to Reserve/Future contracts for the 2018 NFL season.
The Minnesota Vikings continue to make roster moves in order to prepare for the 2018 NFL season as the franchise announced a pair of transactions that will give the team a pair of bodies in training camp.
Of course, the Vikings came up short of their goal in reaching Super Bowl 52 during the 2017 NFL season, so getting as much talent as possible to evaluate and develop is essential in being competitive for 2018.
Here is the official announcement of the Reserve/Future contracts from the Twitter account of the Vikings:
Both Tocho and Norton should be familiar names to fans who have been following the team closely during the 2017 NFL season.

Jack Tocho was a 7th round draft selection of the Vikings in 2017 out of North Carolina State University. The safety spent time on Minnesota’s practice squad last year while being signed and released on a couple of occasions.
Meanwhile, Storm Norton was an undrafted free agent offensive tackle in 2017 who spent time on the practice squads of the Detroit Lions and Arizona Cardinals before coming to Minnesota’s squad.
Both have a real shot at sticking with the team on either the practice squad or the main roster and could be players who the Vikings want to take some time to develop and analyze as the team goes forward.
