The practice facility for the Minnesota Vikings has been completed as the team gets ready for their move into the Twin City Orthopedics Performance Center.
In less than two weeks, the Minnesota Vikings will start to make their move into the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center in Eagan, Minnesota and move out of their headquarters at Winter Park.
Along with the change in the front office, the franchise will also be moving their training camp and practices to the new facility. This means that nearly all the team’s work behind the scene will be taking place in Eagan.
According to the official website of the Minnesota Vikings, the indoor practice facility at the TCO Performance Center has been completed. Judging by the specifications listed for the facility, it should suit any need the team has.

Here is a rundown of just some of the features of the team’s practice facility:
- 91,000 square feet
- Turf Nation’s S5 turf
- 98-foot roof
- Natural and LED lights
- Permanent scoreboards and play clocks
- Video bays
- Fixed speakers
The practice facility will be able to be used for punting practice, which wasn’t something that was able to be done at Winter Park since the roof there was much lower and greatly limited just how much the specialists could do during practice.
The TCO Performance Center is easily visible from Interstate 494 near the exit for Dodd Road and looks great from the outside as well.

Having the practice facilities, front office, training camp, and all behind-the-scenes activities for the Minnesota Vikings in one central hub should help to streamline everything inside the state-of-the-art facility in Eagan.
