A recent piece of Minnesota Vikings history heads to the Pro Football Hall of Fame with cleats worn by Stefon Diggs during the Minneapolis Miracle displayed.
Fans of the Minnesota Vikings will likely never forget the Minneapolis Miracle. The earth-shattering play from Case Keenum and Stefon Diggs that lifted the team to come out victorious during the Divisional Round of the 2017 NFL Playoffs is something straight out of a Madden video game highlight reel.
Of course, fans will remember the situation well. With time expiring during the contest, the Vikings were in a situation where they needed either a huge play to get out of bounds or a walk-off touchdown to win the game…and actually pulled it off!
Sam Newton is a public relations assistant for the Minnesota Vikings and passed along some amazing news about the footwear worn during the amazing play on his official Twitter account.
There is no lack of representation for the Minnesota Vikings in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. This season, fans are already excited to see Randy Moss enter during the class of 2018 but now they can check out these great cleats then there as well.
Fans unfamiliar with the cleats may recognize the design to be inspired by the Future album DS2 and designed by Mache Custom Kicks.
