4 players the Minnesota Vikings should consider trading

Latavius Murray – RB
Possible Destinations: Baltimore, Miami, San Francisco, Tampa Bay
During the Vikings’ last two games, Murray has rushed for a total of three yards. So far this season, the Minnesota running back has gained just 64 yards on the ground and is averaging 3.4 yards per attempt.
Last year, it took Murray a few weeks to get into a groove because he was recovering from offseason ankle surgery. But he was completely healthy at the beginning of this season.
So what’s the excuse for his poor play this year?
The Vikings’ are arguably the worst rushing team in the NFL this season and Murray’s performance has not been doing anything to help out. Instead of continuing to force the ball to the veteran running back, Minnesota could be giving more time on the field to rookies Mike Boone and Roc Thomas.
Because Murray only has a year left remaining on his current contract, he is still an attractive trade option for teams around the league in need of rushing help. Even with his poor start, the Vikings should be able to at least get a draft pick in exchange for the veteran running back.
