When will the Minnesota Vikings add a victory to their record?

It’s been a while since the Minnesota Vikings last began a season with two straight losses. In fact, the Vikings have never experienced such a thing with Mike Zimmer as their head coach.

Minnesota’s last 0-2 start came in 2013 with Leslie Frazier leading the way. The Vikings went on to finish with a 5-10-1 record that season and Frazier was shown the door to make room for Zimmer.

So, this really is uncharted territory for Minnesota since Zimmer was hired. The Vikings have experienced two-game losing streaks under their current head coach, but they’ve never opened the season with a pair of losses.

With the way Minnesota has performed so far this year, figuring out when they will end up with their first win is something that is pretty difficult to predict. Especially when four of their next five matchups are against teams who qualified for the playoffs last season.

The Vikings are currently a 2.5-point underdog heading into their Week 3 game against the Tennessee Titans. So at least the oddsmakers aren’t thinking Minnesota is heading into another ugly loss.

Will this be the week in which the Vikings finally come out of a matchup with a win? If not, which one of Minnesota’s remaining games will result in their first victory of the season? Let’s see if we can predict when the guys in purple will end their current losing streak.
