4 players the Vikings could trade during the 2021 NFL Draft

Mike Hughes – CB
Due to the disappointing situation that recently went down with Jeff Gladney, the chances of Mike Hughes remaining with the Vikings next season have suddenly become much higher.
Hughes, who was Minnesota’s first-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, has struggled to stay healthy since he entered the league. He’s only managed to appear in 24 of a possible 48 games during his three seasons with the Vikings.
Recently, he’s been dealing with neck-related injuries, which are nothing to mess around with. However, Hughes is reportedly 100 percent recovered from his most recent neck ailment, and the 24-year-old cornerback wants to continue on with his career next season.
If Minnesota decides to keep Gladney or they feel comfortable with some of the other corners on their roster, they might look to see what they can get in exchange for Hughes in this year’s NFL Draft.
A late third-round pick in return for the struggling corner seems like the best-case scenario, but the Vikings receiving a fourth-round selection or later in a trade for Hughes feels more realistic.
