Which prospects are left for the Minnesota Vikings to select on Day 3 of the 2021 NFL Draft?

On Friday, the Minnesota Vikings had four picks in the third round of the 2021 NFL Draft and they used them to fill some pretty big holes on the roster.

First, the Vikings added former Texas A&M quarterback Kellen Mond, who will likely be their top backup during the 2021 season, and he can be developed into someone who can compete to start down the road.

With their next selection, Minnesota went with former North Carolina linebacker Chazz Surratt, who gives them an immediate stud on special teams and a quality depth piece at the linebacker position. The Vikings continued to beef up their offensive line with their third pick of the day with former Ohio State guard Wyatt Davis, whose physical style of play will be a welcome addition to the team’s line.

Minnesota finished things off on Friday by adding a quality pass rusher in former Pittsburgh defensive end Patrick Jones. Now, they can finish addressing needs like safety, running back, and cornerback with their selections in the remaining four rounds of this year’s draft.

Fortunately, there are still plenty of good players on the board for the Vikings to add to their roster. Who are some of the best remaining prospects for Minnesota to draft on Day 3?
