Several former Minnesota Vikings players are still currently unsigned. For some of them, they might have already played their last snap in the NFL.

Players coming and going every year is the nature of the business for the Minnesota Vikings and the rest of the NFL.

During the last few offseasons, however, the Vikings have said goodbye to several notable names that have contributed to the team’s success since Mike Zimmer was hired to be Minnesota’s head coach in 2014.

Some of these former Vikings players who have recently departed have been able to find success with a different franchise. Guys like Xavier Rhodes, Linval Joseph, and Stefon Diggs are all expected to play significant roles for their respective teams during the upcoming 2021 season.

However, there is a good amount of former Minnesota players that still don’t have a team to play for this year. Given their age or the lack of recent production from some of these individuals, the end of a career in the NFL might have already been reached.

Of the former Vikings players that are still available in the free agency pool, who are some that might not play another snap in the league ever again?
