Garrett Bradbury – C

Garrett Bradbury has been pretty disappointing so far in his Vikings career. When a team takes a center in the top 20 picks of a draft, they expect him to not only start early, but play at a high level. Bradbury has struggled since day one, and those struggles resurfaced against the Browns on Sunday.

The Vikings’ offensive line started out just fine. The offense moved down the field, chewing up big chunks of yardage, and also time off the clock.

Something turned after that as Kirk Cousins was under constant duress and his offensive line did him no favors the remainder of the game.

Bradbury was one of the bigger culprits of the downturn of the offensive line, and his usual issues continued to dog him.

Bradbury was overpowered at the line, getting pushed back into Cousins. The guy just isn’t physically strong enough to anchor against big defensive tackles and that showed up again versus the Browns. We also didn’t see Bradbury get down the field, making those second-level blocks on screens and runs.

It has now gotten to the point where the team needs to seriously consider benching their former first-round pick for either Mason Cole or maybe see how rookie Wyatt Davis fares at snapping the ball to Cousins.
