The Minnesota Vikings face another tough task in Week 9 when they head to Maryland to take on the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, Nov. 7.

This is a rough season for the Minnesota Vikings. Heading into Week 9, the Vikings are sitting on a 3-4 record and are clinging to hopes of creeping back into the playoff picture. To do that, they will need to beat some very good teams.

Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens will truly be a challenge. They are 5-2 on the season and look to be on track for the playoffs. However, they are coming off a bye week after losing to the Bengals by a final score of 17 to 41.

Of course, many of the headlines will be about quarterback Lamar Jackson, who will likely frustrate Minnesota with his mobility and ability to extend plays. That said, the big question mark will be about whether or not Minnesota will be able to put some points on the board while on the road.

Still, there are some great reasons the underdog Minnesota Vikings will get the win on Sunday and bring their record back to .500. Here are three of the best reasons a victory is in the future for Mike Zimmer and company.
