The 3-4 Minnesota Vikings and 5-2 Baltimore Ravens are set to face off on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium. The last time they played was in 2017.

The all-time series between the Vikings and Ravens is tied at three wins apiece.

It has been a rough season for Minnesota, to say the least. They are coming off a 20-16 loss at home to the Dallas Cowboys, who by the way were without quarterback Dak Prescott. All four of their losses have been by seven points or less, which has made the season even more disappointing. Defense end Danielle Hunter is also lost for the season due to a torn pectoral muscle.

The future of Mike Zimmer as the team’s head coach look numbered. The same could be said for general manager Rick Spielman.

Minnesota Vikings defeated the Baltimore Ravens in the previous meeting between the two teams

The last time these two teams met came in Week 7 of the 2017 season at U.S. Bank Stadium. Vikings won 24-16.

Minnesota quarterback Case Keenum completed 20 out of 31 passes for 188 yards and an interception. Latavius Murray rushed for 113 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries. Jarius Wright caught three passes for 54 yards and Kyle Rudolph caught five for 43 yards. On the defensive side, Eric Kendricks had a game-high 13 tackles. Anthony Barr added 11 tackles and a sack. Everson Griffen recorded two of the team’s five sacks.

For Baltimore, Joe Flacco completed 27 out of 39 passes for 186 yards and a touchdown. Javorius Allen caught eight passes for 29 yards. Chris Moore caught two passes for 36 yards and a touchdown. On the defense, C.J. Mosley had a team-high nine tackles. Brandon Carr recorded an interception.

With the win, Minnesota improved to 5-2 on the season. Baltimore fell to 3-4. Minnesota finished at 13-3 and Baltimore finished 9-7.
