The 2023 NFL Scouting Combine is history. Who are some prospects that should be moving down the Minnesota Vikings board after their performances?

The 2023 NFL Scouting Combine is over and Pro Days are next on the horizon for the Minnesota Vikings scouts and the rest of the league.
