Unlike the previous three weeks, the first Minnesota Vikings injury report before the team's Week 10 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars didn't list linebacker Blake Cashman with a DNP practice designation. That's because Cashman returned to practice for the Vikings on Wednesday for the first time since Week 5.

A turf toe injury has kept the Minnesota linebacker sidelined for the team's last three games, and even though he was only a limited participant in practice on Wednesday, it's still a step in the right direction for his chances of playing on Sunday against the Jaguars.

The full first Vikings injury report of the week can be found below.

Will Blake Cashman return for Minnesota Vikings in Week 10 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars?

Cashman returning against Jacksonville would be huge for Minnesota, and on Wednesday, Vikings head coach Kevin O'Connell spoke about the possibility of the linebacker getting back on the field this weekend.

"Blake's really confident and just absolutely dying to get back out there with the guys. Hopefully, it's this week, and we'll see how he handles the workload."

As for Minnesota's opponent this week, the Jaguars had a total of 12 players listed on their first injury report of Week 10, including starting guards Ezra Cleveland (yes, that Ezra Cleveland) and Brandon Scherff, who were both non-participants in Jacksonville's practice on Wednesday.

The status of Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is also something to keep an eye on as he was only a limited participant in the team's practice on Wednesday because of a shoulder injury.

Jacksonville did sign quarterback C.J. Beathard off the Miami Dolphins practice squad on Wednesday, but Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said the signing was just something to give the team another veteran signal-caller to utilize in practice when Lawrence is limited.

Lawrence has only missed one game during his NFL career since entering the league with Jacksonville in 2021.
