The 2023 NFL Draft is in the past. What are some areas that could emerge as top needs for the Minnesota Vikings in the 2024 NFL Draft?
NFL free agency is long over, and the 2023 NFL Draft is about a month in the past. The Minnesota Vikings roster for 2023 has all the pieces together, and throughout the summer months, the puzzle that is the final 53-man depth chart will take shape.
We can guess what the basic outline of that roster will look like for the Vikings, but there will always be a few surprises. There will be some players who ball out in camp and others who disappoint, which will lead to an understanding of what spots on the team will be weaker or stronger than others.
We can also project ahead beyond the 2023 season and start thinking about what areas of the team Minnesota could look to address in 2024. There are a handful of starters on the roster who will be free agents, and some areas that look strong in 2023 could look pretty thin come next April.
