Minnesota Vikings inactives list for Week 1 game vs. New York Giants
By Adam Patrick
In their first matchup of the 2024 NFL season, the Minnesota Vikings are on the road to take on the New York Giants inside MetLife Stadium on Sunday.
The Vikings have won their last four regular-season games against the Giants, including a 28-10 victory in their last trip to New York in 2019. In Minnesota's last four road matchups with the Giants, they've left the field with a win in three of them, with the only loss coming in 2013.
Will the Vikings be able to extend their winning streak against the Giants to five games on Sunday, or will New York hand Minnesota a loss to begin the 2024 season?
Minnesota Vikings inactives vs. New York Giants in Week 1
At the start of the week, there were some concerns about whether or not Vikings wide receivers Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor would be available for Sunday's contest against the Giants, as both players have been dealing with ankle injuries.
But on Friday, when Minnesota revealed its final injury report of the week, Addison and Nailor were both listed as full participants in practice, and both are expected to be active for this weekend's matchup in New York.
The Vikings actually had no players with a game status designation (questionable, doubtful, out) for Week 1. The Giants also had no members of their roster listed with a game status designation on their final injury report of the week.
So, with this being said, which players have Minnesota and New York selected to be inactive for Sunday's showdown inside MetLife Stadium?
