Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season saw the Minnesota Vikings host the Los Angeles Chargers. Both teams were winless entering the contest, giving the game a must-win feel extremely early in the season.
Sadly, the Vikings came up short in a closely contested game, losing 24-28. The loss moved Minnesota to 0-3 on the season and now every upcoming game becomes even more important in comparison if the team still believes they can be competitive.
Now, the future is in doubt for the purple and gold. It looked promising heading into the season, but the team is unlikely to come close to repeating their success from last year's 13-win season when they won the NFC North.
