What were some of the most notable moments from the second full-team Minnesota Vikings training camp practice on Thursday at the TCO Performance Center?

After an eventful first day of their 2023 training camp, the Minnesota Vikings returned to the fields at the TCO Performance Center on Thursday for their second full-team practice of the summer.

For the second consecutive day, Vikings pass rusher Danielle Hunter was nowhere to be found despite "reporting" to training camp on Tuesday. The assumption is that Hunter is somewhere inside the TCO Performance Center while the rest of his teammates are out on the practice fields, but there's really no way to confirm that.

Minnesota wide receiver Jalen Nailor was also absent from Thursday's practice. This was a bit of a surprise since Nailor was a full participant during Wednesday's session.

As he did on Day 1, Vikings right tackle Brian O'Neill continued to do his own rehab work separate from the rest of the practice on Thursday afternoon. O'Neill is working back from an Achilles injury that he suffered during Minnesota's Week 17 loss to the Green Bay Packers last season.

Aside from these notes, let's go over some of the biggest takeaways from Day 2 of the Vikings' 2023 training camp, beginning with a young quarterback delivering a solid performance.
