Sometimes when young players come in you have concerns that they might not be dedicated enough to their craft. This does not seem to be a problem when it comes to rookie WR Stefon Diggs.

Diggs appears to be one of those guys who eats, sleeps and drinks football. At least that’s the impression he wants to give.
In this interview at the end of week 2 of OTAs, Diggs talks about what he likes to do when he’s not working on football. Actually, for him, there’s no such thing as not working on football:
"Well I’m always really working on football. When I’m not doing anything I’m probably looking at my playbook really. Mostly I don’t do much."
That is exactly the kind of answer fans want to hear when players talk about what they do when they’re not working on football.
Fans don’t want players to have lives outside of the game. They want 100% total dedication 24 hours a day.
Well, maybe it’s okay to do a little charity work. Charity work is fine.
What they don’t want is guys going to clubs and getting in trouble. It doesn’t seem this will be an issue with Stefon Diggs.
Then again, much as you appreciate Diggs’ commitment, you also don’t want to see a young man get burned out. Maybe Stefon should find a nice relaxing hobby that will help him take his mind off that playbook now and then.
How about fishing? He’s in the perfect state for it. Maybe Randy Moss could give him some pointers.
