By Adam Carlson
Minnesota Vikings defensive back Anthony Harris made a big play to save a touchdown by the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11 of the 2017 NFL season.
When the Minnesota Vikings took on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11, fans had to know that there would be some huge plays happening on both the offensive and defensive side of the football.
One of those plays came with the Vikings on defense in the second quarter when it looked like the Rams were going to take a lead over Minnesota as they threatened with a little over 4 minutes to go and the score tied 7-7.
Here is the huge defensive play as shared on the official Twitter account of the Minnesota Vikings:
Rams quarterback Jared Goff takes the snap from the shotgun and drops back. Surveying the field, he finds a throw he likes in the middle of the field.

With a quick throw, he connects with Cooper Kupp catches the ball around the 6-yard line and turns toward the end zone. With the defense closing in on him, Kupp gets wrapped up by Anthony Harris before crossing the goal line while two others close in for a big hit.
Harris continues to work during the tackle, pulling the ball free and forcing a fumble. Keeping aware, the Vikings defender notices the football falls right in front of him, and he scoops it up to complete the play.
Starting in place of the injured Andrew Sendejo, Harris completed the trifecta here, getting the tackle, forced fumble, and fumble recovery all on the same play, saving the Vikings from giving up a score and getting possession back to Minnesota.
