Updated Vikings injury report creates new concern before Week 4 vs. Packers
By Adam Patrick
While the first Minnesota Vikings injury report before the team's Week 4 matchup against the Green Bay Packers generated optimism as players like Jordan Addison, Sam Darnold, and Dallas Turner all participated in Wednesday's practice, Thursday's injury report definitely wasn't as positive for the purple and gold.
After practicing on Wednesday, Vikings left tackle Christian Darrisaw didn't participate in Thursday's practice due to an illness. Depending on the severity of Darrisaw's illness, his status for Sunday might now be in jeopardy, and that would be a devastating blow for Minnesota's offensive line.
While Darrisaw's status for this weekend is now unknown, the Vikings did see center Garrett Bradbury return to practice on Thursday after sitting out Wednesday's session with an ankle injury. Bradbury was still a limited participant in Thursday's practice, but his chances of playing on Sunday now seem much higher than they did 24 hours ago.

With Minnesota linebacker Ivan Pace Jr. missing practice for the second day in a row this week with an ankle injury, it seems like he probably won't be suiting up on Sunday against the Packers. Thankfully, the Vikings defense still performed well without Pace last week, so, hopefully, that continues when the team takes on Green Bay.
On a more positive note, Minnesota rookie edge rusher Dallas Turner was a full participant in Thursday's practice after only being limited on Wednesday. Turner missed last week's win over the Houston Texans with a knee injury, but he's expected to be back on the field this weekend against the Packers.
Defensive lineman Devonte Wyatt was a new addition to Green Bay's injury report on Thursday, as the team listed him with an injured shoulder. Wyatt has appeared in all three of the Packers' games this season, and he's accumulated a total of seven tackles (five for a loss), six pressures, and three sacks.
