Yes, another cornerback.
The 6-0, 185-pound Blake projects as a 7th rounder or priority free agent. His pro day numbers:
40-yard dash: 4.49 and 4.52 seconds
Vertical jump: 31 1/2 inches
Broad jump: 7 feeet
Short shuttle: 4.26 seconds
3-cone: 7.12 seconds
Bench: 9 reps of 225 pounds
NFL.com calls Blake skinny and says he has sloppy technique in press coverage but notes his ability to mirror receivers and praises his tackling.
Draft Insider likes Blake’s instincts and his willingness to dive around the field trying to make plays. They also note that he is skinny and not especially fast.
Drafttek has Blake ranked 35th out of 366 cornerbacks.
Ourlads.com thinks Blake can be a player if he works hard in the weight room:
"The weight room will go a long way in determining his draft status. He could thrive as a nickel corner, with an eventual move into a starting NFL lineup at CB with a concerted effort to build his frame and increase strength. His coverage skills, leadership, instincts, fundamentals, technique and hand usage make him a legitimate prospect."
